User provisioning is the process of creating, maintaining, updating, and deleting accounts for users requiring access to Verint applications and services. Verint Identity supports automatic user provisioning from an Identity Provider (IdP) through SCIM, manual provisioning through Identity Management, and WFE Sync for Verint cloud Workforce Engagement (WFE) customers.
The configuration procedure is the same for both Identity V2 and Identity V1.
Procedure
-
Set up provisioning:
-
For automated user provisioning from your IdP to Verint Identity, configure SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) in your IdP.
-
For manual user provisioning, use the Verint Identity Management portal to import users from a comma-separated values (CSV) file, or use the portal to create profiles individually.
-
To provision users through WFE Sync, contact Verint Support. WFE Sync is configured by Verint.
WFE Sync is only available to existing Verint cloud WFE customers who continue to manage users through WFE until they can transition to automated provisioning (SCIM). WFE Sync is not supported for on-premises customers.
