Tango Reserve by Agilquest Workspace Selection for Verint Workforce Management

What is it? 

Integrated with the Verint Work View mobile app, Tango Reserve users reserve a specific workspace for a selected work shift. In addition, they can:

  • Find and reserve a workspace for an upcoming shift – to help employees decide on the right workspace with views of workspace details such as policies, amenities, and location on the floor plan.
  • View workspace reservations for upcoming shifts and by activity – via On the Day Schedule, the workspace name is shown under the activity name when space permits.
  • Manage reservations – employees can review workspace reservation details and cancel or amend a reservation, if needed.

Extending the existing capabilities of the Verint Work View mobile app helps to:

  • Empower employees in a hybrid workplace with a flexible workspace reservation experience.
  • Offer freedom to choose a workspace that matches their needs. 
  • Enforce team seating, social distancing, and floor occupancy limitations, if required.

How does it work?

When the Tango Reserve by AgilQuest Workspace Selection integration is configured, the following process occurs to create a reservation:

  • A Work View user creates a reservation in the app.
  • The app matches the Work View user to his or her Tango user account using the signed in user’s email address.
  • The app uses a Tango service account to create a reservation for the Work View user.

What is required?

  • A Verint Workforce Management license
  • An active account in Tango with a Service Account
  • The customer will need to provide Verint Cloud Ops with their Tango API key and Service Account information.
  • On-premises customers need the latest version of MGW. A customer will need to provide the Tango API key and Service Account information to Verint’s system engineer.

Employees will need to use Verint Mobile Work View application version 2.12.0 and above.
